What do I need to request an appraisal?
Provide the address, property type, purpose of the report, required valuation date and timeline. Tell us who will rely on the report. For financing, confirm your lender’s requirements before ordering.

Can you value a home as of a past date?
Retrospective valuations may be appropriate for estates or other purposes. Tell us the required date and available property records so we can confirm the scope, fee and delivery estimate.
