Agriculture Appraisals

Cade Appraisals provides independent agricultural and rural property appraisals across Niagara, Hamilton, Halton, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk. Assignments may include farms, vineyards, orchards, equestrian properties, rural residences and agricultural land.

 

We confirm the appraisal purpose and scope before proceeding. Acreage, buildings, access, land use and available property records help determine the research needed.

 

What information should I provide?
Start with the property address, acreage, appraisal purpose, required valuation date and timeline. Surveys, building details, leases and records of recent improvements may be useful. Tell us whether the request concerns the real estate only or includes other assets so we can confirm what is covered.

 

Can I request an appraisal for an estate or financing?
Tell us the intended report users and required date. For financing, confirm the lender’s requirements before ordering. We will discuss the scope, fee and delivery estimate with you.
