• Cade Appraisals provides independent commercial property appraisals across Niagara, Hamilton, Halton, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk. Led by Laura Cade, BBA, AACI, P.App., we help owners, lenders and professional advisers understand property value for financing, purchases, sales, estates and other valuation needs.

• Assignments may include retail plazas, offices, industrial buildings, warehouses, hospitality properties and other commercial real estate. We confirm the property type and scope before accepting an assignment.

• What information should I provide?
  Send the property address, appraisal purpose, intended report users, required valuation date and timeline. Leases, rent rolls, operating statements, surveys and building plans may also be needed.

• How much does a commercial appraisal cost?
