What records should I prepare?
A rent roll, leases, operating income and expenses, vacancy information, recent improvements, floor plans and a survey may be requested. Send the address and available records when asking for a quote.

Can I order the report for my lender?
Confirm the lender’s approved-appraiser and ordering requirements first. We can then discuss the scope, fee and delivery estimate for your property.
